Trash Test Dummies Circus crashes into Fool’s Paradise at the Sydney Fringe Festival here at the Entertainment Quarter from 19th September till 11th October 2026.
Tonight’s bin night and the Trash Test Dummies are on duty!
This “Delightfully intelligent, highly entertaining” (Herald Sun) slapstick circus comedy takes the household wheelie bin to new heights, and delivers a dump-truck full of hilarity!
Winners of the best Children’s presentation at the Adelaide Fringe Festival 2015 and 2016, and runners up for Children’s Choice Award Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2016, the Trash Test Dummies are as full of laughs as their bins are full of surprises. This “delightfully intelligent, highly entertaining” (Herald Sun) family adventure takes the humble household wheelie bin to new heights.
Everyone put your bins out, tonight’s bin night and the Trash Test Dummies are on duty. With side-splitting slapstick comedy, daring acrobatics and dexterous juggling these Dummies are off on an imaginative adventure that is anything but garbage. With ballet and balloons thrown in for good measure, this fast-paced hour of “adept unadulterated mischief” (The Times) delivers a dump truck full of hilarity!
Dummies Corp are the Australian leaders in circus-comedy, recognised globally for creations of quality that are intelligent, theatrical and inventive. The Sydney Fringe Festival is the largest independent arts festival in New South Wales with over 400 events presented in over 64 venues across Greater Sydney each year; and we are proud to welcome Sydney Fringe Festival back to the Entertainment Quarter.
With programming for every age – our Fools Paradise at The Entertainment Quarter, has 2 venues with shows running across the entire Fringe Festival – and then an extra special 2 additional weeks of fun when Fringe Kids takes over the fun (with a whole bunch of kids shows!!)
Step into Fool’s Paradise, a dazzling destination curated by the award-winning Head First Acrobats. Spanning two electric venues at The Entertainment Quarter, this program of Fringe favourites showcases the best in circus, burlesque, and variety. Get ready for jaw-dropping stunts, glittering performances and unforgettable energy every night. From gravity-defying feats to after-dark delights, Fool’s Paradise is where Fringe dreams take flight. Bold, brilliant and bursting with personality, this is your ultimate night out at the Sydney Fringe Festival.
Join us for the all the Fringe Fun at The Entertainment Quarter and grab food or a drink before or after your show – with 12 restaurants and cafes, pop up food stalls and markets, and the Fool’s bar returns to serve those delicious drinks and snacks to keep you fuelled for all the fun.
Fringe Kids lights up with family-friendly shows across the Festival, then doubles the fun with a dedicated two-week program during the Sept / October school holidays! With events at The Entertainment Quarter and beyond, little Fringers can enjoy music, magic, bubbles, science and more. Filled with giggles and gasp-worthy moments, Fringe Kids is your go-to destination for big imaginations, curious minds and unforgettable memories.

Getting to the Entertainment Quarter
Getting to the Entertainment Quarter is easy, whether you’re arriving by public transport, ride share or car.
Light Rail: The Moore Park Light Rail stop is just a five-minute walk from the EQ.
Train: Central Station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Entertainment Quarter.
Taxi & Ride Share: The recommended drop-off and pick-up location is Errol Flynn Boulevard.
Parking: The Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000-spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. Wilson Parking is located on site at the Entertainment Quarter. Accessible parking is available. For more information head to here: Parking

Before You Visit
The Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. The maximum height clearance for the car park is 2.1 metres.
Covering non-event day parking – entering the carpark between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
