Watson’s is your go-to for great food, cold drinks and good times, all served in a relaxed open-air setting. Whether you’re dropping in before a match at Allianz Stadium or the SCG, heading to a gig at the Hordern Pavilion, meeting mates for a casual catch-up or settling in for a long afternoon in the Beer Garden, Watson’s delivers every time.

Spread across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, Watson’s blends classic pub energy with a laid-back courtyard vibe – think sun-drenched decks, fair-lit fig trees, and plenty of room to gather. The menu leans into crowd favourites and share-style feeds, paired with a solid line-up of beers, wines and cocktails poured from bars across the venue.
With a cracking playlist, sport played live and loud across numerous big screens (including the 4-metre mega screen in the courtyard), and a calendar of major events year-round, Watson’s is where the atmosphere is always on.

Watson’s offers everything you would expect from your local pub, home to modern Australian traditional pub food, classics with a few delicious twists.

Perfect for a quick weekday lunch, weekly dinners at your ‘local’, as well as small bites and shared style spreads perfect for weekend grazing amongst friends and late night snacking.

Watson’s Lunch and Dinner Menu is available daily from 11:30am – 3:00pm and 5:00pm – late.

Watson’s Buzzing Menu is available on special event and game days, when we expect to be busy but want to ensure you are still fed in good time.

Watson’s offers a solid wine and cocktail list and a vast selection of craft, international and Australian beers on tap.

Join them for Happy Hour from 4-6pm Monday through Thursday* and enjoy a stunning selection of beers, wines and cocktails at very special prices plus free hot buttered popcorn.

Watson’s don’t take bookings when there is a sporting match or concert at their neighbouring venues, however they have plenty of room both inside and out in the Beer Garden and Courtyard.

Before You Visit

The Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. The maximum height clearance for the car park is 2.1 metres.

Covering non-event day parking – entering the carpark between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
