Creative Science: Mind Blown is playing at Fool’s Paradise at the Entertainment Quarter as part of Sydney Fringe Festival.
This eye-opening family show proves that things are not always what they seem. Packed with biology, physics, space science and chemistry, it is a fun and interactive show for curious kids aged 3 to 12.
A fun science show for kids
Creative Science: Mind Blown brings big science ideas to life through exciting live demonstrations. Expect colour-changing reactions, gravity tricks, space experiments and incredible chemical reactions.
The show is highly visual, easy to follow and designed to keep young audiences engaged from start to finish.
Experiments, laughs and big reactions
Highlights include a colour-changing clock reaction, a slow-motion gravity trick and giant space arms. There is also a jet-propelled space probe, a biological brain experiment, elephant toothpaste and more.
With plenty of surprises along the way, this is science made fun for children and their grown-ups.
Meet Jenny Lynch
Creative Science: Mind Blown is written and performed by Jenny Lynch. Jenny has been creating live science shows for children for more than 20 years. Known for making science clear, funny and fascinating, she combines exciting demonstrations with family-friendly comedy.
Creative Science shows have featured at the Australian Museum, Centennial Park, Western Sydney Parklands and the Botanic Gardens of Sydney. They have also appeared at schools, preschools, libraries and family events across Sydney.

The Sydney Fringe Festival is the largest independent arts festival in New South Wales with over 400 events presented in over 64 venues across Greater Sydney each year; and we are proud to welcome Sydney Fringe Festival back to the Entertainment Quarter.
With programming for every age – our Fools Paradise at The Entertainment Quarter, has 2 venues with shows running across the entire Fringe Festival – and then an extra special 2 additional weeks of fun when Fringe Kids takes over the fun (with a whole bunch of kids shows!!)
Step into Fool’s Paradise, a dazzling destination curated by the award-winning Head First Acrobats. Spanning two electric venues at The Entertainment Quarter, this program of Fringe favourites showcases the best in circus, burlesque, and variety.
Get ready for jaw-dropping stunts, glittering performances and unforgettable energy every night. From gravity-defying feats to after-dark delights, Fool’s Paradise is where Fringe dreams take flight. Fringe Kids adds even more family fun
Fringe Kids lights up with family-friendly shows across the Festival, then doubles the fun with a dedicated two-week program during the Sept / October school holidays! With events at The Entertainment Quarter and beyond, little Fringers can enjoy music, magic, bubbles, science and more.

Getting to the Entertainment Quarter
Getting to the Entertainment Quarter is easy, whether you’re arriving by public transport, ride share or car.
Light Rail: The Moore Park Light Rail stop is just a five-minute walk from the EQ.
Train: Central Station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Entertainment Quarter.
Taxi & Ride Share: The recommended drop-off and pick-up location is Errol Flynn Boulevard.
Parking: The Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000-spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. Wilson Parking is located on site at the Entertainment Quarter. Accessible parking is available. For more information head to here: Parking

Before You Visit
The Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. The maximum height clearance for the car park is 2.1 metres.
Covering non-event day parking – entering the carpark between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
