Lorna Shore will see the New Jersey hell-raisers return to Australian shores in October 2026 for their biggest ever headline shows down under, joined by special guests Whitechapel and The Acacia Strain.

On Wednesday 21 October 2026, Lorna Shore will bring their signature brand of deathcore to Hordern Pavilion, Entertainment Quarter, Sydney. Doors open at 7.00pm, with the show starting at 8.00pm.

Lorna Shore Sydney: Enter the abyss

For more than 15 years, Lorna Shore have explored and exploded beyond the confines of what it means to be a heavy band in the modern age. Since forming in 2009, the New Jersey group have evolved into a powerhouse of intense brutality, melodic sorcery and emotional dexterity.

Their signature sound brings together unbridled catharsis, raw emotion, searing sonic aggression and cinematic beauty. The band’s 2020 album Immortal and 2021 breakout EP …And I Return To Nothingness, together with the guttural vocal acrobatics of vocalist Will Ramos, helped catapult Lorna Shore beyond cult status and into global renown.

Their 2025 fifth studio album, I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me, has elevated their sound to even greater heights.

Lorna Shore have toured with artists including Mastodon, Gojira and Parkway Drive, while also appearing at major festivals including Knotfest, Wacken Open Air, Download Festival and Hellfest.

Their Australian live legacy has quickly grown. Their maiden headline tour in February 2025 sold out entirely, before the band returned to Australia last December as part of Good Things Festival.

Whitechapel and The Acacia Strain join Lorna Shore

Joining Lorna Shore are fellow American deathcore merchants Whitechapel and metalcore heavies The Acacia Strain.

Formed in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 2006, Whitechapel have spent two decades establishing themselves as deathcore icons. With nine studio albums, including 2025’s Hymns in Dissonance, the band have continually expanded their sonic palette while retaining the intensity at the heart of their sound.

Whitechapel have toured with Cannibal Corpse, Lorna Shore and Trivium, among others, and most recently performed in Australia in 2023 supporting Thy Art Is Murder.

The Acacia Strain have been delivering their distinctive blend of deathcore, sludge, metalcore, hardcore and beyond for more than two decades. Formed in Massachusetts in the early 2000s, the band now have thirteen studio albums, most recently 2025’s acclaimed You Are Safe From God Here.

After touring with Architects, Every Time I Die, Hatebreed and Dying Fetus, The Acacia Strain most recently whipped Australian crowds into a frenzy in early 2024 with Dying Wish as the support.
