Sydney’s 1,200-capacity live entertainment venue right in the heart of The Entertainment Quarter will be rebranded as Liberty Hall.
Liberty Hall comes to Moore Park from the team behind
Mary’s – the longstanding music venue has been taken under the wing of burger bros, Mary’s founders Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham, who have given it a refurbishment and a fresh genre-spanning music program.
Acts signposted and performed at Liberty Hall, so the the variety of performers popping up in the hall or outside in its openair gig space. Local party collectives, world-conquering DJs, serene folk singers, Christian hard-rock acts and even pro wrestling events have all made use of the venue in its opening months.
The multi-use, mezzanine space shows up and stands out with their commitment to live music, Liberty Hall is a “big shot in the arm” for Sydney.
We exist for art and music and performance. The only known antidote for all manner of 21st Century afflictions. There is no method to our madness. This is a malleable space.
A shapeshifting shrine to all that is unholy. Where creativity and concepts come to life. From all consuming Belgian Waffle Burlesque to amp expanding Deep Space Synth. And everything in between. There are no limits. No parameters.No end to the spectrum.

The space at the Entertainment Quarter will continue to operate as a dedicated live music venue, championing “great art” and “opening the doors and stage to local, domestic and international touring artists”.
Its doors will swing open for touring and club nights this October
