Nestled under the swaying palm trees, this pop-up beach bar is your perfect retreat, where sandy floors set the stage for an unforgettable experience. Dive into the ultimate summer session and enjoy live music and DJ sets that keep the vibe alive from sunset to late night. Head to the bar and choose from one of the many island-inspired cocktails, all perfectly suited to sipping in the sand.

Get ready to ride the flavour wave and head to the bar, where you’ll find a collection of tropical tipples, all perfectly suited to sipping in the sand. Cool down with a curated lineup of Malibu cocktails and RTD’s, including a WIKI WIKI MOJITO and a FROZEN PINA COLADA showcasing that iconic tropical coconut flavour of Caribbean rum. Channel your inner Castaway with WILSON’S DAIQUIRI – the only drink that’ll keep you company, even if it’s just in spirit (we know you just yelled WILSON in your head!) There’s also an assortment of other island treasures from the ALOHA MAI TAI to the TROPICANA SHIPWRECK PUNCH or COCONUT ON THE BEACH plus a range of classics alongside brews from Four Pines and your usual bubbles, wines, spirits.

When it comes to the menu, the mouth-watering bites are made for sharing just like good times – because island life is better enjoyed together. Take a dip with either the KALANI CRUDO, a kingfish ceviche with mango and a hint of chilli for that perfect tropical kick or scoop up the TROPI-GUAC, a playful nod to mashed avocados with Hawaiian flair. Munch on a beloved favourite that brings back memories of seaside days and simple pleasures with the SUNSET SPUDS, crispy potato scallops, served alongside classic tartar sauce and a splash of brown vinegar.

Or dive into an ISLAND CATCH ROLL, packed with sweet lobster and shrimp, juicy pineapple chunks, creamy mayo and a tangy coconut Hawaiian slaw, all tucked into a soft milk bun. When it comes to a delicious handheld snack, the choice of three tropical TACOS is where it’s at. Pair them with SURFSIDE STRINGS, perfect little strands of crispy shoestring goodness coated in tiki salt, served with a side of thousand island dipping sauce.
